On the Home page click on 'Login' at the top of the page. This brings you to the Login page. In the 'Forgot Your Password' section of the page, enter your email address and click the 'Submit' button. You will be emailed a new long password that you will not recognise and you may want to change (most people do).
To login with this new password click on 'Login' at the top of the page. You can copy this long password from the email and paste it into the 'Password' box under 'Login'. After logging in, you can change your new password by clicking on the 'Manage My Account' link in the green bar at the top of the page (only visible when you are logged in), and clicking 'Change My Password'. If you are still unable to log on, please contact us at info@culgreen.ie.
Once a pledge has been completed, it or the information you entered about it cannot be changed. Please contact us at info@culgreen.ie if you have a specific request to change a pledge.
You can ask Cúl Green not to send you reminder emails or newsletters. Login to Cúl Green and click on the 'Manage My Account' link in the green bar at the top of the page (only visible when you are logged in) and then click 'Change My Settings'. Uncheck the 'Pledge Reminder opt-in' checkbox or the 'Quarterly Email opt-in' checkbox and click the 'Submit' button. An on-screen message will tell you that your profile settings have been updated.
Login to Cúl Green and click on the 'Manage My Account' link in the green bar at the top of the page (only visible when you are logged in), and then click 'Change My Settings'. You will now be able to edit your details and once you have done this click the 'Submit' button to save your changes.
